Ece Uyar Aktaş
Owner, Architect.
Ece graduated from Izmir University of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in architecture in 2010. She has been involved in several workshops and competitions during her studies and her projects have been exhibited in various locations throughout Turkey.
After receiving her bachelor’s of architecture, Ece is lecturing periodically in Izmir University of Economics on architectural design studios, material science, ethics and social responsibility in architectural practice classes.
Ece then continued on to receive her master’s degree in architecture at the Institute of Technology, where she specialized in socio-cultural studies in architecture.
In 2015, Ece founded Bej Architects where she leads a team of young architects providing architecture, interior design and product design services. Bej Architects prides itself in producing innovative and high quality projects that stand apart with their attention to detail.
